Roller Conveyors

Conveyors are classified as powered & un-powered roller conveyors and are used for applications ranging from medium to heavy loads. We pay attention even to the minutest detail as we engineer each roller from SEAMLESS/ERW pipe and provide bearings and stationary shafts at both the ends. These rollers are assembled in a frame in such a manner that one or the other roller can be removed anytime without even disturbing adjacent rollers (In case of aluminum extrusion frames).

Accumulator Chain Conveyors

Accumulator chain conveyor is customized as per the specifications of our clients. These are designed and developed while making use of high grade raw material. Our range is offered at industry leading prices and is used for medium & heavy applications. These are used in assembly area, where the pallet can be stopped at any station. The conveyor need not be stopped.
The chains are fully enclosed in aluminum rails so that only the conveying rollers rise above to convey your parts. The end result is an attractive assembly with unmatched performance.

Finishing for MS equipment is done with powder coated, either in gloss or structure finish or painting.

The extruded aluminum sections are anodized We have been manufacturing conveyors in a standard module of 2500 mm and for conveyors of length more than 2500 mm; modules of 2500 mm are assembled to a maximum length of 15000 mm with single drive.

Jib crane & EOT Cranes

Jib Cranes lift and transport materials in semi circles (180 degrees) or full circles (360 degrees) around their support structure. These jib cranes can also be used to “hand off” materials to adjacent workstations. Jib Cranes are useful especially for loading or unloading of work pieces on machine tools. These are also useful for loading or unloading of trucks. They can also become an inseparable part of a standalone workstation. The articulating jib cranes have booms with two axes so they can reach around obstacles, such as columns. All of our jibs quickly fold out of the way of overhead cranes.

Jib Cranes maximize space utilization: Wall-mounted jib cranes, ceiling or wall-mounted articulating jib cranes, and wall-traveling jib cranes require no floor space.

On some designs, you can use your building’s existing columns or overhead beams to mount these jib cranes, saving you money.

Jib Cranes assist the staff and multiply human efforts, handling loads up to 6300kg precisely and effortlessly.

Air Balancer

Turn Table

When your plant layout requires a directional change in the smallest possible space, you should consider using a Powered Turntable. The turntable can be used for product sortation, accumulation as well as directional changes. The standard table top is fabricated construction with angle iron supports. The top is driven by either chain and sprockets or air operated cylinder. The unit is furnished with expanded metal guards on all four sides. The unit can be supplied with chain and sprocket drive, air operated for 90 degrees rotation or no drive for manual indexing. Tops can be fitted with gravity roller or chain driven live roller conveyor to suit your application.

Scissor Lift

Scissor lifts are used to lift work to the heights that wouldn't be accessible otherwise. A scissor lift is attached to a moving piece of equipment, and has a large work station, known as a scissor lift table, that allows users plenty of working room and a place to hold equipment.

Scissor lifts have a greater weight lifting capacity and larger available workspace on the platform. With the scissor lift the platform is only able to be raised vertically.

Turn Over Device (TOD) / Tumbler

A turnover device for turning over a substrate comprises a motor and a tumbler driven by the motor to rotate. The tumbler is provided with a transmission mechanism thereon and connected to an upper roller conveyor and a lower roller conveyor with the transmission mechanism to provide a power. The substrate to be turned over is disposed between the upper and the lower Roller conveyors. They can be driven in forward or reverse directions, as per specified cycle.
